The Effectiveness of Inclusion Program at Zayed Higher Organization in UAE According to the Administrative Point of View

This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of inclusion practices at Zayed Higher Organization for Humanitarian Care in integrating people with disabilities into society and normal life, schools and university. and to Identify the impressions of the administration at Zayed Higher Organization. It also sought to identify the perceptions of the organization's administration. The study employed a descriptive survey method, with a sample of approximately 120 administrators. A questionnaire consisting of 63 items, distributed across various domains such as policies, community awareness, integration programs, academic and work integration, was utilized to achieve the study's objectives. The reliability and validity of the study were confirmed. Findings revealed a high effectiveness level of the training programs, particularly in the domains of legislation and policies, followed by community integration, and moderately in integrating people with disabilities into the workforce. No statistically significant differences were found in the study's variables, except for gender favoring females. The researcher recommends local community awareness initiatives as pivotal in integrating people with disabilities through comprehensive awareness programs and guidelines, fostering acceptance and support for this target group.
