Abstract

"Drawing on an in-depth, hands-on study and analysis spanning all fields of corporate business and leadership, this study explores how establishing an advanced POCM can help individuals, experts, leaders, and organizations navigate their way in a market as competitive and uncertain as today’s.

The new organizational and market trends come with ever-increasing rates of psychological issues, such as depression, stress, anxiety, and fear, leading to business instability and high employee and leader turnover. This is because there is no professional psychological model that can guide leaders and employees of the 21st century in keeping up with the continuous and devastating work disruptions spurred by the fear of economic crisis, globalization, social media, AI, robotics, and unemployment. Thus, the urge is for an OPCM to help leaders and decision-makers establish a safe, innovative, productive, and sustainable business.

The study introduces the OPCM, along with its structure, mechanism, and implications in various fields, including psychology, business development, human resources, career paths, marketing, and leadership.

The findings of this study contribute to deepening our understanding of the workplace and the psychological issues that are affecting organizations, along with pragmatic approaches on how to maintain growth and profits while ensuring a culture of quality of life. The study is also an invitation to prepare present and future psychologists to become positive gamechangers in public and corporate institutions. This field of organizational consulting psychology is a multibillion-dollar market that will provide employment opportunities to hundreds of psychologists."
