The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted the education sector, leading to changes in how countries perceive and manage educational strategies. This period of transition from face-to-face to online education and then back to face-to-face learning provided researchers with a unique opportunity to study these changes and their ongoing effects on educational dynamics. This study explores the lingering impacts of the pandemic, focusing on the transition from exclusive online learning environments to hybrid or traditional classroom settings. Through an online survey of 200 college students, this research investigates how two factors (test competence and student concentration) affect academic outcomes. The results showed that test competence continues to significantly enhance academic performance, while student concentration did not impact academic outcomes. The study offers strategic recommendations for improving both digital and physical learning platforms to enhance students' academic results.
