This session focuses on how teachers maximize students’ use of the target language up to 90% of the time while teaching and guiding two different age groups of students within the combined foreign and dual language classroom. Presenter will resolve the challenge of keeping the students on the target language by sharing 4 powerful strategies: using skillful methods to managing the class in the target language, building peers interpersonal relationships and actions by supporting their target language use, improving the cultural aspect in the classroom, and lastly using as many authentic materials as possible.

Implementing these four strategies will enhance students’ learning such that they can participate in the target language 90% of the time.
