Abstract

Gender stereotypes and the underrepresentation of women in STEM negatively impact the self-perception of girls and young women, limiting their presence in these fields. In this presentation, a tool designed to create gender-conscious educational content will be introduced, aiming to promote gender equality in the educational process. The tool includes strategies for using content and language that foster gender balance, as well as visuals and materials that enhance inclusion. Additionally, there is a strong emphasis on the safe and creative use of the internet, both by educators and students, to protect personal data and cultivate digital skills that encourage creative learning. During the presentation, examples of the tool's application will be analyzed, providing practical guidance on creating educational content that incorporates both gender balance and the principles of safe internet use. The goal is to foster a more inclusive and secure digital environment in the STEM field.
